Valor Church is located in Knob Noster, Missouri near Whiteman Air Force Base. We are made up of people from many different backgrounds who join together with purpose. We desire to draw near to God and create a home away from home for our local military community. We are made up of military members, their families, and other locals who love and support the mission that God has given us. We would love for you to be apart of our family. Check out our team below!
Craig & Maggie
Craig is our lead pastor at Valor and he comes with great ministry and military experience. He is currently involved in church planting efforts both locally and nationally through various strategic partnerships. He loves life and loves his family. Craig invests his time towards building strong relationships through lunch or a cup of coffee.
Maggie loves laughing (mainly at Craig), drinking coffee, organizing, and Scottie dogs. She is passionate about reaching out to military wives because she knows what is like to work and take care of a family in a military culture.
Their hearts are to develop a healthy church body of all ages and turning that body into disciples for reaching Knob Noster, America and the world. They enjoy the opportunities to share the gospel and speak to students, singles and young adults and families. God has blessed them with the talent to reach the culture of Generation Next.
Craig and Maggie have four children.
Ben & Kendy
Ben and Kendy Berislavich are born and bred Missourians. They have called Knob Noster home since 2006 and absolutely love it here. Ben is employed by the DOD and Army National Guard at Whiteman AFB. Kendy works at Coffee Sknobs. They have 3 girls Lucy, Jenna, and Corrie. Kendy says they are pretty awesome and keep them humble daily. They love to serve as a family, servant leadership is where their hearts are. They love people.... all of them. They are striving to honor God in all that they do at Valor Church. Colossians 3:23-24
Pete & Nichole
Pete and Nichole are high school sweethearts. They give all of the glory to God who has blessed them over the years with 3 wonderful children, William, Myra, and Lily, as well as church family across the United States from the various Air Force duty stations they have lived. Pete is an Air Traffic Controller for the U.S. Air Force. Nichole is a registered nurse and health coach. They are both passionate about making Jesus known through the work that God has called them to. Pete and Nichole have always had a passion for music and they are humbled to serve in the worship ministry.
JOEY & ELISA
Joey & Elisa share a passion for those who have never heard or never understood the Good News of Jesus to hear it in a meaningful, relevant way. Both of them desire to see children learn and understand the Word of God and have a friendship with God that molds and shapes their lives as they grow.
Joey has been in the Air Force Reserves with the 442d Fighter Wing since 2010. He serves in the Logistics Readiness Squadron as a TMO technician. Although he enjoys the military, his desire is to work in the civilian corporate workplace and be a light for Jesus in a secular world. Elisa is the Children's Ministry Coordinator at Valor Church and an elementary teacher at Whiteman Elementary. Previously, she served with the International Mission Board in Eastern India for two years where she taught women the importance of following Jesus and sharing Him with others and where she volunteered in a school located in a slum.
andrew & KIm
Andrew and Kim love the Lord and each other! Andrew was born in California, and Kim was born in Alabama. They met in Niceville, FL while worshipping God at a weekly meeting called Alabanza. God has brought them through many adventures and some suffering. Andrew recently retired from the Air Force and Kim recently became an elementary school teacher. They are both excited to serve Jesus together at Valor. They both have a heart for disciple making and showing people hospitality.
