our team

Valor Church is located in Knob Noster, Missouri near Whiteman Air Force Base. We are made up of people from many different backgrounds who join together with purpose. We desire to draw near to God and create a home away from home for our local military community. We are made up of military members, their families, and other locals who love and support the mission that God has given us. We would love for you to be apart of our family. Check out our team below!

Craig & Maggie

Craig is our lead pastor at Valor and he comes with great ministry and military experience.  He is currently involved in church planting efforts both locally and nationally through various strategic partnerships. He loves life and loves his family. Craig invests his time towards building strong relationships through lunch or a cup of coffee.

Maggie loves laughing (mainly at Craig), drinking coffee, organizing, Scottie dogs.  She is passionate about reaching out to military wives because she knows what is like to work and take care of a family in a military culture.

Their hearts are to develop a healthy church body of all ages and turning that body into disciples for reaching Knob Noster, America and the world. They enjoy the opportunities to share the gospel and speak to students, singles and young adults and families. God has blessed them with the talent to reach the culture of Generation Next.

Craig and Maggie have four children.

Bruce & Heather

Bruce and Heather have been married for 14 years, with 4 wonderful children (Christianna, Elijah, Josephine, and Paisley). They have served in ministry for over 15 years, in various positions within the local church. God has shown them a love for the local church, so their passion is to see the bride of Christ grow and reach the world for Him.

Bruce has been part of the military over the last 18 years with leading in aircraft maintenance. Along this military journey, he has served the church the entire time. Specifically, he has served with Awana, men’s ministry, been a deacon and elder, and organized/launched gospel communities. Over the last few years, he has gone through seminary, and taken on more of a shepherd role. At Valor, he has partnered with others in preaching, pastoring, and planning.

Heather is a stay at home, homeschool mom, and is a tutor in their local Classical Conversations community. She has been working in Awana as a leader, director and then commander for last 20 years in local churches, and has also worked in women’s ministry in various ways over the years. She is now serving in the nursery at Valor and with meals on Sunday nights. She has a desire to serve and grow families and marriages, and looks forward to future opportunities within the

local church.
