Valor Church is located in Knob Noster, Missouri near Whiteman Air Force Base. We are made up of people from many different backgrounds who join together with purpose. We desire to draw near to God and create a home away from home for our local military community. We are made up of military members, their families, and other locals who love and support the mission that God has given us. We would love for you to be a part of our family. Ron & Leah
Ron is from Boise, Idaho, and Leah is from Columbia, Missouri. They met in Virginia, where their journey with the Lord began. After 13 years of active-duty service, God has called them to become permanent residents in the local community around Valor and Whiteman AFB. The Lord has blessed them with two beautiful daughters who bring them closer to the Lord daily.
They are committed to giving God the Glory, and their hearts are centered on living a life worthy of their calling and stewarding the grace God has given them to work in the service of building up Christ’s body. They love fellowship, sharpening one another, and enjoying a good meal together.

Ben & Kendy
Ben and Kendy Berislavich are born-and-bred Missourians. They have called Knob Noster home since 2006 and absolutely love it here. Ben is employed by the DOD and Army National Guard at Whiteman AFB. Kendy manages Coffee Sknobs. They have a daughter Lucy, son in law Gabe Pheonix, granddaughter Layne, daughter Jenna, and daughter Corrie. Kendy says they are pretty awesome and keep them humble daily. They have a small hobby farm that keeps them busy as well. They love to serve as a family; servant leadership is where their hearts are. They love people.... all of them. They strive to honor God in all that they do at Valor Church.

Pete & Nichole
Pete and Nichole are high school sweethearts. They give all of the glory to God, who has blessed them over the years with 3 wonderful children: William, Myra, and Lily, as well as church family across the United States from the various Air Force duty stations they have lived. Pete is an Air Traffic Controller for the U.S. Air Force. Nichole is a registered nurse and health coach. They are both passionate about making Jesus known through the work that God has called them to. Pete and Nichole have always had a passion for music and they are humbled to serve in the worship ministry.
JOEY & ELISA
Joey and Elisa share a passion for those who have never heard or never understood the Good News of Jesus, to hear it in a meaningful, relevant way. Both of them desire to see children learn and understand the Word of God and have a friendship with God that molds and shapes their lives as they grow.
Joey has been in the Air Force Reserves with the 442d Fighter Wing since 2010. He serves as a Religious Affairs Tech Sergeant (Chaplain Assistant). Although he enjoys the military, his desire is to work in the civilian corporate workplace and be a light for Jesus in a secular world. Elisa is the Children's Ministry Coordinator at Valor Church and a former elementary school teacher. Previously, she served with the International Mission Board in Eastern India for two years, where she taught women the importance of following Jesus and sharing Him with others, and also volunteered in a school located in a slum.
They have two daughters, Ruthanna and Miriam, who keep them busy doing various activities and keep them going here, there, and everywhere.
andrew & KIm
Andrew and Kim love the Lord and each other! Andrew was born in California, and Kim was born in Alabama. They met in Niceville, Florida, while worshipping God at a weekly meeting called Alabanza. God has brought them through many adventures and some suffering. Andrew recently retired from the Air Force, and Kim recently became an elementary school teacher. They are both excited to serve Jesus together at Valor. They both have a heart for disciple-making and showing people hospitality.
